The Dana Point One Day Halibut/Sand Bass Tournament has been POSTPONED formatted to accommodate many anglers concerns and costs, and we have included all kayak's wishing to enter.

The Kayak division will be seperate due to their range limitations. The Halibut division will have Cash prizes to the 3 heaviest halibut over 24 inches for the day. The team division will take the total weight for all your fish accumulated for that team to get an average wight. Each angler on the boat will be allowed to combine their individual fish weights only with team members entered in the the team jackpot.

Each individual angler will pay an entry fee of $20.00 to enter and $ 10.00 per angler (optional) for the team section (see rules) Side bets $ 5.00, $10.00 and $20.00 - biggest Sand Bass $ 10.00 jackpot and $ 10.00 entry fee

Junior Division: No entry fee required for all juniors under 14. All juniors who wish to enter the adult division and qualify for the money they will have to have paid the entry fee. Junior division will have sponsored prizes for the 3 largest halibut weighed.

There will be an awards banquet Saturday - still to be determined and all anglers will be responsible for their own dinner after fishing Saturday.

                            expenses will be deducted from any entry fee or side bets.
