Participants agree to be bound by and comply with all tournament rules and regulations as published and amended. It is understood that all participants enter at their own risk and FinnSeeker it's administration, it's civilian staff, any individual or legal entity, any public, semi-public or private administration that has contributed in any way to the preparation, composition or promulgation of FinnSeeker, the tournament and of any related information or documentation, hereby disclaim any overall liability arising from any inappropriate actions, furthermore, neither Finnseeker, nor members of it's International Staff shall be held liable for any financial or other consequences whatsoever arising from such inappropriate actions and damages. Moreover, Finnseeker reserves the right to initiate any legal action it shall deem necessary.
FinnSeeker undertakes no responsibility for any losses. You also agree to sign the waiver  of limited liability or your entry will not be valid.

The consultation or use of FinnSeeker shall automatically imply full acceptance of the above disclaimer of liability and as the boat owner/Captain and team members accept full and all liability or responsibilities caused.
